Throttle Up Media is a media production and marketing studio in Fresno, California. Most of our clients are in the Central Valley, others elsewhere in the United States and as far away as Africa and Colombia.

We run it differently, and we've done it from Fresno since 2000. Two people run every project here, with extra hands brought in for bigger shoots. One studio plans the whole stack together, so the person shooting your video knows what the ad campaign needs.
How we work
We scope to the outcome, not a preset package. We tell you which services the job takes, even when the honest answer is fewer than you expected. You get the price and the plan before any work starts, and on monthly work, a plain report on what we did and what moved.

We build privacy-first: self-hosted fonts and images, nothing quietly handed to third parties, and nothing added that you didn't ask for. When your site needs analytics or advertising pixels, we set them up deliberately, put them behind consent, and tell you in plain language what each one collects. Our own site runs no third-party trackers because it doesn't need any.
