Terms of Use
Effective date:
These terms govern your use of throttleupmedia.com (the "site"), operated by Throttle Up Media. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
The site is informational
This site describes Throttle Up Media's services. It does not create a client relationship, a contract for services, or any obligation on either side. A project begins only once we have agreed on scope, in writing, separately from this site.
Intellectual property
The content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and imagery, belongs to Throttle Up Media or to the clients we made it for, unless otherwise noted. You may view and share pages of this site for personal, non-commercial reference. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use our branding, imagery, or copy for your own commercial purposes without written permission.
No guaranteed outcomes
Any description of our services, process, or approach on this site is general in nature. We do not guarantee specific business results, audience growth, sales, or advertising performance from any service, because those outcomes depend on factors outside our control.
Third-party links
Where this site links to a third-party website, that link is provided for convenience only. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites.
Tools that use YouTube API Services
Throttle Up Media runs an internal tool, built on YouTube API Services, that manages clients' YouTube channels at their request. By using that tool, or by asking us to run it on your channel, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. How the tool handles channel information is explained in our privacy policy.
Disclaimer of warranties
This site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Throttle Up Media is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these terms as the site changes. The effective date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version.
