A research packet for every sermon on your schedule, built around your preaching.
Prep takes the best hours of your week. We build a packet for each sermon from your preaching schedule: the big idea, a path to build on, the text in its setting, and links back to what you have already preached. It is built to cut prep time. You still write the sermon. We built and run this system with a church in California.
What a packet holds.
Each packet starts with the decision you have to make, then supports it with research.
-
The big idea and a path to build on
The big idea comes first, then one recommended way to build the sermon and two other paths if that one does not fit. You pick. -
A map of the series
Where this week sits in the series, taken straight from your preaching schedule, so you can see how each Sunday builds on the last. -
The text in its setting
The hard questions in the passage, notes on the original language, cross-references, Old Testament threads, and the history behind the text. -
Questions, leads, and your past sermons
The questions this sermon has to answer, illustration ideas marked as untested leads, and links to your own past sermons on the same theme.
The packet, and the tools around it.
Two tools are running today. We are building the rest on the same schedule and the same voice, so they fit with your packets.

Built from your own sermons, checked by you.
We build a voice profile for each preacher from that preacher’s own sermons, and the links to past messages point only to that preacher’s own sermons. AI drafts the packet, and AI can be wrong. Treat it as research: check every Scripture reference and quoted source before you preach. Packets quote the NIV.
Questions pastors ask.
- Does the packet write my sermon?
- No. The packet gives you a big idea, a recommended path and two others, research on the text, and illustration leads. You choose the path, write the sermon, and preach it.
- Is it right to prepare a sermon this way?
- The packet does the work of a commentary shelf and a research assistant: background, cross-references, questions. The prayer, the choices, and the sermon stay yours.
- Will it sound like me?
- We build a voice profile for each preacher from that preacher’s own sermons. The links to past messages point only to that preacher’s own sermons.
- Is the AI output accurate?
- Not always. AI can be wrong, so treat the packet as research, not finished copy. Check every Scripture reference and quoted source before you preach or publish. Packets quote the NIV.
- What does it cost?
- We quote each ministry by email. Tell us how many preachers you have and which tools you want, and we reply with a written quote.
- What happens to our sermons and notes?
- We keep your sermons and notes while your contract runs and use them to build your voice profile and your packets. When the contract ends, we delete them.
