Accessibility Statement
Effective date: July 18, 2026
Throttle Up Media wants throttleupmedia.com to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technology such as screen readers, screen magnification, or keyboard-only navigation.
Our approach
This site is built with reference to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the W3C. Referencing WCAG 2.1 AA as a build target does not constitute a certification or conformance audit, and we do not represent that the site fully conforms to any particular WCAG level. In practice, that means we build with semantic HTML, keyboard operability, visible focus states, sufficient color contrast, and readable text at every screen size, and we test the site by hand rather than relying on an automated scan alone.
No certification
This statement describes our accessibility approach and does not constitute a guarantee, warranty, or certification of conformance to any accessibility standard. Throttle Up Media does not certify ADA Title III conformance or WCAG conformance.
Known limitations
Accessibility is ongoing work, not a one-time fix. If you encounter a page, image, or interactive element that is difficult to use with assistive technology, we want to know about it so we can address it.
Report an issue
Email andrew@throttleupmedia.com with the page URL and a description of the problem you ran into. We will do our best to respond and address genuine barriers promptly.
