Digital billboards and screen ads in Fresno.
Digital out-of-home, or DOOH, means your ad on digital billboards and screens in public places. Throttle Up Media, a Fresno studio, plans the campaign, designs the ads and arranges the screen time with the companies that own the screens.
Is DOOH right for you?
- You want people across Fresno or the Valley to know your name before they need you.
- You have a season, an opening, an event or a sale with a clear start and end.
- Your customers drive the same roads every day: commuters, families, shift workers.
- You already run search or social ads and want reach those can't buy.
What you get
-
A plan for where and when
Which screens and locations fit your customers, which days and hours, and for how long. -
Ads made for a screen
Billboard ads are read in seconds from a moving car. We design them big, short and readable, in still and motion versions. -
Messages that change on schedule
Breakfast in the morning, dinner at night, a sale only on the weekend. Digital screens switch without a new print. -
One message across channels
The billboard, your social posts and your search ads say the same thing, because one studio made them. -
A plain report
When the campaign ends: the screens and dates we booked, and what we could measure around it.
Three ways screen time is bought
Whoever plans your campaign, the screen time itself is usually bought one of three ways.
We arrange the screen time or set up a self-serve test, and design the ads for whichever you pick.
How we would run your campaign
-
1
Set the goal
Awareness for a new location, traffic for an event, or a seasonal push. We agree what success looks like.
-
2
Plan and make the ads
We pick the placements and schedule, then design and approve the ads with you.
-
3
Book, run and report
We book the screen time, the campaign runs on the agreed dates, and you get a report when it ends.
What it costs, and what moves the price
You pay for the screen time and for our planning and design. We put the whole cost in writing before anything books.
- Which screens, and how busy their locations are
- How many weeks the campaign runs, and at what times
- How often your ad plays in each screen's rotation
- Whether you need still ads, motion ads or both
Questions to ask before you buy screen ads
- Where exactly will my ad play? You should see the placements before you pay.
- Why not book with the screen company directly? You can. They sell screen time. We make the ad, plan it alongside your search and social, and tell you what we can and can't measure.
Before you ask.
- How long should a DOOH campaign run?
- Usually weeks rather than days, long enough for people to see your ad more than once. We'll recommend a length when we plan your campaign.
- How do I measure a billboard campaign?
- Ask the screen company for a record of when and where your ad played. We pair whatever they provide with what you can track yourself, such as searches for your name, calls, visits and offer codes, and we tell you what we can and can't connect to the screens.
- Do you guarantee results?
- No. Billboards build recognition over time, and nobody can promise a number of customers from them.
- Do you only work in Fresno?
- No. We work across Fresno County and the Central Valley, and some of our clients are elsewhere in the US and abroad. Tell us where you sell and we'll say whether we're the right fit.
Tell us what you want people to see.
Email what you're promoting, where your customers are, and when it needs to run. We'll reply with questions and a plan.
